Please note that payment by card is not accepted.
2. Payment Terms
- Prepayment: For most bookings, a partial prepayment or full payment is required to confirm your reservation. The specific amount required will be displayed at checkout.
- Final Payment: If applicable, the remaining balance must be paid before your scheduled departure or service date. Details of the payment schedule will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
Please note that the payment is considered confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us or our trusted service providers.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on our website are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. The final price may be subject to changes based on taxes, fees, or adjustments made by our service providers.
- You will be charged in the currency of the country where the service provider is based, or in USD depending on the payment method selected.

4. Confirmation and Booking
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation with all details about your trip, including the service provider’s information (e.g., hotel, airline, or tour operator) and a confirmation number.
Please check all details carefully and ensure all information is accurate. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately.
5. Delivery of Services
- Accommodation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking voucher from the hotel or accommodation provider, which you will need to present upon check-in.
- Flights: After payment, you will receive your flight ticket and itinerary directly from the airline. You must confirm your flight details with the airline 24-48 hours before departure.
- Excursions and Tours: You will receive an e-voucher or booking confirmation for your tour or excursion, which you will need to present on the day of the activity.
- Car Rentals: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation voucher and pickup instructions from the car rental provider. Ensure to bring a valid driver’s license and credit card at pickup.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies depend on the service provider. We strongly recommend reviewing cancellation terms at the time of booking. In case of a cancellation, we will initiate a refund based on the service provider’s policy. Note that some bookings may be non-refundable, as specified in the terms at checkout.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow several business days for the processing of your refund, depending on your payment provider.
