Refunds and Cancellations
At Primetrip.pro, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. However, in the rare case that a service is not fulfilled or does not meet the terms agreed upon, we offer a clear and straightforward refund process.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- The service provider fails to deliver the booked service (e.g., hotel, flight, excursion, etc.) within the confirmed time frame.
- The service is canceled by the provider, and no alternative solution is provided.
- The service was paid for, but the service was not provided, or the agreed terms were not met due to a fault of the service provider (i.e., non-performance, overbooking, etc.).
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: As soon as you realize the service has not been fulfilled as per the agreement, contact our customer service team at support@primetrip.pro with your booking details, including the booking confirmation number and any relevant documentation (e.g., communication with the service provider).
- Provide Proof of Issue: In order to process your refund request, please provide proof that the service was not provided or was provided incorrectly. This may include emails, messages, or any documentation showing the failure to deliver the service.
- Review and Investigation: Once we receive your request and the necessary information, we will investigate the issue with the service provider. This may take a few business days, depending on the nature of the problem.
3. Refund Processing
- If your refund is approved, Primetrip.pro will initiate the refund process within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original booking.
- If your payment was made through an external platform (such as cryptocurrency or escrow services), the refund will be processed using the same payment method, and any fees associated with the refund will be communicated to you.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and in some cases, it may take longer for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Some services, especially those with non-refundable policies (e.g., special rates, certain flights, or tours), may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Please review the terms and conditions of each service carefully at the time of booking.
- Refunds are not available for partial services, i.e., if a service was partially rendered, the amount will be prorated, and the refund may only cover the unfulfilled portion.
5. Cancellations by You
- Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, please review the cancellation policy of the service provider at the time of booking. Some bookings may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the provider’s terms.
- Cancellation Fees: Depending on the service provider, you may be charged a cancellation fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
6. Failure to Fulfill Order by Service Provider
If a service provider fails to fulfill your booking and no viable alternative is offered, Primetrip.pro will work with you to find a suitable solution. If we cannot find a solution, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid for that service.
Please note: Refunds will not be granted if the failure to deliver the service is due to external factors beyond the control of Primetrip.pro, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
